国内外档案外包服务研究综述

Reviewon the Research of Archive Outsourcing Service at Home and Aboard

当下国内,档案外包业务的开展如火如荼,学界对于档案外包服务也多有研究。本文以国内和国外作为两大支撑点,通过利用国内外高质量的学术文献针对档案外包服务的概念、可行性、存在问题以及服务对策这四个研究共性以及国内外其他的研究侧重点展开评述,意欲把握国内外在该领域中的研究脉络,从而更好地总结经验教训,为今后的理论研究和实践开展提供参考借鉴。

At present, the archive outsourcing business is in full swing, and the academic circles also study the archive outsourcing service. This article takes domestic and foreign as the two main support points and reviews the four common ground of research on archive outsourcing service, such as concept, feasibility, existing problems and service counter- measures, as well as other domestic and foreign research emphases by using the domestic and international high quality academic literature. And this paper intends to grasp the research context at home and abroad in the field, so as to better summarize the experience and lessons for the future theoretical research and practice to provide reference for reference.
