摘要
针对外冷铁设计计算繁琐、易出错和一线铸造工艺员劳动强度大的问题,开发了设计外冷铁的人机交互图形化用户界面,其可独立于开发软件MATLAB运行。经算例验证,通过人机交互图形化用户界面,可快速地计算出外冷铁的质量、工作表面积和厚度。能够缩短铸造工艺的制定时间,降低一线工艺员的劳动强度,提高铸造生产效率。
Focus on the problems of design external chill calculation cumbersome, error-prone and labor intensive of casting process personnel, the graphical user interface (GUI) of external chill design were exploited. It can run independently of MATLAB. Through the example verification, the quality, working surface area and thickness of the external chill can be calculated quickly through the human-computer interaction graphical user interface. GUI can reduce time to develop casting process, decrease labor intensity of casting process personnel, and improve casting production efficiency.
