摘要
以薄壁涡旋铸铁件为例,在对材质声学特性进行分析的基础上,运用CIVA软件对超声检测工艺参数进行模拟仿真。结果表明,优化超声检测工艺参数,选择合适的检测频率和探头晶片尺寸,能够保证缺陷检出的灵敏度,对于8 mm薄壁铸件而言,直径12 mm探头检测效果优于8 mm,频率5 MHz的探头优于2 MHz。
The thin-walled vortex iron casting as the examples, based on the analyses on acoustic characteristics of the material quality, CIVA soitware was applied into simulation of process parameters of ultrasonic examination. The results show that bettering process parameters of ultrasonic examination and choosing a proper testing frequency and crystal unit size of search can ensure testing sensitivity of defect detection. As for 8mm thin-walled casting, the detection effect of diameter 12 mm straight beam probe is superior to that of diameter 8 mm straight beam probe, and the search unit at 5 MHz frequency is superior to that at 2 MHz frequency.
