摘要
运用ProCAST模拟软件对叶轮低压铸造充型和凝固过程进行数值模拟,分析截面积不同的内浇道尺寸对流场、温度场的影响。结果表明,截面积较大的内浇道有助于改善铸造条件、细化晶粒、有效减少缩松缩孔。试生产铸件组织与模拟结果有较好的一致性。
ProCAST simulation software was used to simulate the filling and solidification process of the low-pressure casting impeller, and the influence of the flow field and temperature field of the inner runner with different sectional area were analyzed. The results show that the larger area of the inner runner can improve casting conditions, grain refining, and effectively reduce shrinkage cavity. The results of casting mierostructure are consistent with the simulation results.
