摘要
ProCAST模拟软件和3D打印技术可以用于熔模铸造新产品开发,有效改善成本高、周期长的现状。首先,采用UG软件建立零件和浇注系统三维模型,运用ProCAST软件对零件的工艺方案进行模拟;其次,采用FDM成型工艺ABS材质打印零件模型,并将ABS模型和蜡质浇注系统组树;最后,通过熔模铸造制壳、脱蜡、焙烧、浇注等流程制备铸件,用三坐标测量仪和粗超度仪检测铸件。结果表明,该工艺铸件尺寸精度达到CT6,表面粗糙度低于Ra6.8μm以下。
ProCAST software and 3D printing technology can be used for the development of new products of investment casting, it can effectively improve the current situation of high cost and long period. Firstly, a 3D model of parts and pouring system was built by UG software, and the investment casting process was simulated with ProCAST software. Secondly, the models of ABS materials was printed by FDM forming process, and ABS models and wax pouring system tree were welded. At last, the casting was fabricated by casting, dewaxing, roasting, pouring and other processes, and the casting was detected with the trimeter and the roughness meter. The results show that the precision of the casting precision reaches CT6, and the surface roughness is lower than that ofRα6.8 μm.
