摘要
以某汽车铝合金变速箱下壳为研究对象,对其低压铸造工艺进行研究,通过ProCAST软件对两种浇注系统的充型、凝固及缩孔缩松情况进行模拟分析,并通过正交试验对低压铸造工艺参数进行优化。结果表明,浇注系统中采用4个内浇道较为合理,此工艺条件下,加压速度为0.0016MPa/s,浇注温度为710℃,铸型预热260℃时,铸件缩孔缩松缺陷最少,品质最佳。
Aluminum alloy automobile end cover of gearbox shell as the research object, under the low pressure casting process was studied. Two kinds of gating system of filling, solidification and shrinkage cavity, shrinkage porosity situation were analyzed with the ProCAST software, and through the orthogonal experiment of low pressure casting process parameters were optimized. The results show that 4 runner gating system is relatively reasonable, the compression rate is 0.001 6 MPa/s with the gating system process, and the pouring temperature is 710 *{2, mold preheat is 260 ℃, shrinkage defects is minimum, and the qua/ity is best.
