摘要 研究纯铝焊丝用于AZ91D镁合金MIG焊接的工艺及焊接接头性能。结果表明,焊缝中存在大量的α-Mg+β-Mg_(17)Al_(12)共晶组织,这是焊缝性能差的主要原因,也是改善焊接接头性能应该着重解决的问题。此外,在焊接工艺方面,还存在着焊接规范窄、飞溅严重、下塌和没有余高等缺陷。 The welding process and mechanical properties of welded joint for AZ91D magnesium MIG welding with pure aluminum welding wire were investigated. The results show that a large number of α-Mg+β-Mg17Al12 eutectic structures are discovered in the welding line, which is the main reason for poor welding properties. And it is one of the most serious defects should be focused on problem. In addition, in the welding process, there are welding defects including welding specification narrow, splash seriously, welding seam depression, and no excess welding metal.
