摘要
通过显微组织观察和微型杯突试验,对长时间高温服役状态下的T92/TP347H钢焊接接头进行微观组织观察和断裂特性分析。结果表明,T92/TP347H钢焊接接头各区域受焊接热循环的影响,微观组织差别较大。焊接接头最易断裂区域为细晶区。
The microstructures and fracture reason of T91/TP347 steel welded joint under high temperature service condition were investigated by microstructure observation and micro-cup penetration test. The results show that the welded joints are affected by the welding heat cycle, and the microstructure is quite difference, and the most vulnerable area of welded joints is fine grain zone.
