摘要
通过改变镀液中锰元素的含量,研究锰含量对岩土工程锚杆镀层形貌和耐腐蚀性能的影响,并分析锰元素的作用机理。结果表明,锰元素可以细化镀层晶粒,0.11%Mn时晶粒尺寸最小;随着锰含量的增加,镀层显微硬度呈现先增加而后降低的趋势,0.11%Mn时显微硬度最高;锰含量的增加会使镀层厚度逐渐降低,但可以改善表面镀层的耐腐蚀性能,0.11%Mn时耐腐蚀性能最优。
The effect of manganese on microstructure and corrosion resistance of the coating for anchor bolts were studied by changing the content of manganese element in the plating solution, and the action mechanism of manganese was investigated. The results show that the grain size of the coating grain are refined due to Mn addition and the optimal content is 0. 11%. With the Mn content increasing, the hardness of coating increase firstly and then decreases, and the hardness shows the highest when the Mn content is 0.11%. The thickness of the coating decreases with increasing the Mn content, but it could improve the corrosion resistance of coating, and the corrosion resistance shows the best with 0.1 1%Mn.
