摘要 随着国家电网公司信息化业务需求快速增长,业务系统关联日益复杂,一旦在应用层出现性能下降和不可用问题,则现场难以复现,需要效率低下的手工排查,系统管理人员运维压力持续增长,且无法高效保障信息系统的用户体验。文章将性能监测工具引入信息系统高级诊断调优工作中,针对信息系统的硬件环境、操作系统、数据库、应用中间件、集成服务、系统架构、典型业务等运行指标进行深度诊断,对直接决定用户体验的应用层级进行代码级的深度监测。实践证明,在信息系统高级诊断调优过程中,引入性能监测工具可以实现诊断工作的自动化,辅助运维人员快速定位故障,优化系统性能,提高工作效率。 The demand for information business of the State Grid Corporation of China has been growing rapidly. The increasing number of information systems and the increasingly complex operation mode all bring great challenges to the operation and maintenance of information systems. In this paper, we use performance monitoring tools in information system monitoring to enhance user experience of information system. Aiming at the information system hardware environment, operation system, database, application middleware, integration service, system architecture, typical business and other operation indicators, depth diagnosis, code level depth monitoring for the application hierarchy that directly determines the user experience are carried out. Practice shows that the methods and ideas of performance monitoring tools in advanced diagnosis and performance can realize the automation of diagnostic work, help the operators to locate the faults quickly, thus to optimize the system performance and improve working efficiency.
