摘要
为提高国家电网公司一级骨干通信网的安全稳定运行水平,对现有光缆资源、不同厂商传输设备互联、各级通信网间互联互补、超长距光通信等技术进行了研究,得出一种切实可行又经济有效的应急迂回通道构造方法。经过实际应用检验,本方法建设的迂回通道满足现有条件下安徽电网一级骨干通信业务对迂回通道的需求,提高了通道的稳定可靠-性。
In order to improve the safe and stable operation of State Grid first-level core communications network, this paper researches on the existing technologies of optical fiber resources, interconnection of transmission equipment from different manufacturers, interconnection and complementry among communication networks at all levels, and ultra-long-distance optical communications, comes to a practical and cost-effective emergency detour channel construction method. After practical application test, the roundabout channel by this construction method meets the demand of the roundabout channel for the first-level core communication service of Anhui Grid under the existing conditions and improves the stability and reliability of the channel.
