省级电网企业数据资产管控模式探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Data Assets Management and Control Mode of Provincial Grid Company

为提升数据资产价值,江苏省电力有限公司结合国家电网公司全业务统一数据中心试点推广工作,开展省级电网企业数据资产管控模式研究,建立了涵盖规划设计、创建纳管、应用运维、备份归档4个阶段、9个关键环节的数据资产"全寿命周期管控模式"。该模式在全业务统一数据中心建设过程中,结合江苏电力的数据特点进行了落地实践验证,规范了数据资产管理,促进了数据资源共享和数据价值的挖掘应用,提升了省级电网企业数据资产的管理水平。

In order to promote the value of data assets, Jiangsu Electric Power Co.,Ltd. carried out the research of management mode of enterprise data assets, with combination of the pilot work for the construction of Full-Business unified data center. This paper has established a kind of ‘life cycle data asset management mode＇, including nine key links like planning, designing, creating, analyzing, operating, archiving and so on. This mode has been validated during the building of the Full-Business unified data center in Jiangsu. It standardized the management of data assets, enhanced the data sharing and data value mining and improved the data asset management level of provincial power-grid enterprise.
