摘要
为提高变电站引入光缆的抗风险能力,消除通信系统安全运行的隐患,国网辽宁朝阳供电公司在220 kV变电站OPGW光缆引下三点接地改造工程中创新采用"三四五六"工作方案,即针对变电站3种三点接地的不同形式、通过4个环节、采取5个步骤、实施6项管控,避免了220 kV变电站大面积停电带来的经济及社会影响。文章对该改造方案进行了详细介绍,并应用该方案完成对14座220 kV变电站32条64处光缆引下三点接地改造工作,具有较好的应用价值。
To improve the substation incoming cable anti-risk ability, eliminate hidden dangers of the communication system, in 220 kV substation OPGW cable under three point grounded in the reconstruction project, State Grid Liaoning Electric Power Company adopts the work plan of "three and four five six". That is to say, for three different three-point grounding mode of the substation, four links, five steps and six controls are implemented, so that the economic and social influence of the large outage of the 220 kV substation is avoided. In this paper, the modification scheme is introduced in detail, and the scheme has been applied to the three-point grounding transformation in 64 places of 32 optical cables in 14 substations of 220 kV, which has good application value.
