摘要
华东电网率先在国网系统开展了区域系统保护试点建设,通过"系统保护级"的负荷控制手段,抑制频率下降,确保大电网的安全稳定运行。系统保护的建设投运对电力通信网提出了新的要求,为此,国网华东分部在国网系统保护通信网顶层设计思路的指导下,结合系统保护业务对带宽、时延及可靠性方面的要求,制定了区域系统保护通信网的建设方案,并提出了区域通信网的发展思路。
Regional protection pilot construction has been pioneered in the East China power grid, "system level protection" power grid load control have been adopted for the inhibition of frequency drops, so as to ensure the safe and stable operation of interconnected power grid. New requirements for electric power communication network have been put forward by the construction and commission of system protection. Therefore, under the guidance of the top design for state grid system protection communication network, combining with the requirements of bandwidth, delay and reliability for system protection services, regional communication network construction plan of system protection has been set up, and the development direction of the regional communication network has been put forward by East China power grid.
