摘要
采用空调控温法,将表层1m内的粮面分为3层,分别距粮面300 mm、600 mm、900 mm,研究了浅圆仓稻谷在控温期间表层稻谷品质及整仓粮温的变化趋势。结果表明:空调控温能有效延缓表层稻谷品质劣变,发芽率、脂肪酸值、黄粒米三个指标的变化均优于对照仓;空调运行14d后,空调仓粮温超过30℃的比例为0,对照仓最高比例为27%。
The paddy of the surface layer in the soil was divided into three layers, and the depth of the surface lay- er was 100 mm, 600 mm and 900 mm, respectively. Trends of the surface rice quality and the grain temper- ature was studied. The results showed that the temperature control of air conditioning could effectively delay the deterioration of surface rice quality, germination rate, fatty acid value and yellow rice grain were less than those of control silo. After 14 days of air conditioning, the ratio of air temperature exceeded 30℃ was 0%, the highest proportion of control silo was 27%.
