摘要
针对粮食脂肪酸值检测的过程自动化、批量检测、信息化的需要,设计了全自动脂肪酸值测定仪,运用自动控制技术实现进样、移液、加液、滴定和清洗的连续作业自动化,达到脂肪酸值的快速批量检测。该仪器的开发将减少整个检测过程中检验人员的工作量和劳动强度,提高检测效率,并采用射频技术满足实验室管理信息化的需求,具有广阔的市场应用前景。
According to the need of process automation, batch detection and informatization in the determination of grain fatty acid value, a full - automatic instrument for determination of fatty acid value was designed , by use of automatic control technology to realize continuous operation automation of sampling, transferring of the liquor, titration , cleaning, and rapid batch detection of fatty acid value. The development of the in- strument will reduce the workload and labor intensity of the whole inspection process, improve the detection efficiency, and using radio frequency technology to meet the needs of laboratory management intormatiza- tion, that will have great market prospects.
