摘要
为避免导管架走道渗锌格栅板涂装施工过程中锌层被破坏,且涂装附着力满足要求,对渗锌格栅板短期内不做封闭处理,构件表面无明显锈蚀,锌层厚度无变化;通过不同涂装方案附着力试验,得出渗锌格栅板短期内不涂封闭漆,经高压空气吹扫后,喷涂防腐蚀漆,油漆涂装质量满足要求。
In order to avoid the damage of the zinc layer of zincizing grid plate in the aisle of jacket in the process of coating construction and meet the requirement of the paint coating adhesion, the zincizing grid plate was not sealed in a short time. No obvious corrosion on the surface was observed and the thickness of the zinc layer had not any change. The different coating technologies were studied. Results showed that when the zincizing grid plate without the sealing process in a short time was treated by the high- pressure air purge and followed by spraying anti- corrosion paint, the paint coating quality met the requirement based on the adhesion experiments of different coatings.
