摘要
在基于视频图像的车速计算中，帧速率未知和视频丢帧是制约计算精度的重要因素。本文通过对大量丢帧视频图像样本的分析，研究了视频图像丢帧的原因和基本类型，提出切实可行的对帧速率未知和丢帧视频图像的具体处理方法，并结合实验案例验证了处理方法的可行性。
In the video image based speed calculation, the unknown frame rate and video flame loss are main fhctors that restrict the accuracy of the calculation. Base on the research to a large number of video images with flame loss problems, the paper analyzed the causes of video image frame loss and the basic types, and proposed practical methods for the problems of fame rate unknown and the flame loss, which have been verified by specific cases.
