基于使命的中美科技社团能力比较分析

A Comparative Analysis of Capabilities based on Missions between Chinese and American Scientific and Technological Societies

科技社团的能力体现在其使命实现的过程中,因此能力的分析需要以使命为基础。本文对部分中美科技社团的宗旨进行了文本提取,之后通过词频分析获得高频词。本文以高频词为基础进行分析,明确两国科技社团在宗旨中体现的使命,进一步确定为实现使命所应具备的能力。通过对比分析能力差异,总结美国科技社团在能力建设方面的经验,为我国科技社团能力的建设提供借鉴。

The capabilities of scientific and technological societies are embodied in the process of their missions realized, so the analysis of capacities needs to be based on missions. This paper extracts the text of some Chinese and American science and technology associations＇ aims, and obtains high-frequency words through the word frequency analysis. Based on the analysis of high-frequency words, this paper defines the mission of the scientific and technological societies in the two countries, and further determines the ability to realize the missions. By comparing and analyzing the differences in capabilities, this paper summarizes the experience of American scientific and technological in capacity building, and provides reference for the capacity construction of scientific and technological societies in China.
