摘要
梳理信息化概念内涵,构建信息化水平分析模型,采用熵权灰色关联、系统分析法、空间相关分析等方法分析了1995-2014年中原经济区信息化水平时空特征并进行了原因解读.结果发现:中原经济区信息化水平时序上总体呈上升趋势,其中互联网普及率作用明显.空间分异上,高水平区只有核心城市郑州一个市域单元,并在洛阳与晋城形成较高水平区;较低水平区、低水平区主要集中在东部,及较高和中等水平区周围.空间关联格局总体以Low-Low区和High-High区为主,空间存在明显的集聚效应.局部空间关联格局未出现High-Low区,推断信息化高水平区未产生大面积的正向集聚效应和带动效应.信息化水平早期受科技、技术等因素限制明显,近年国家政策与扶持作用初见成效.区域之间的区位条件、信息教育和科技发展、信息基础设施建设等差异是空间格局形成的直接原因.
On the basis of defining the informatization, an evaluation model of informatization level is constructed for analyzing the regional infromatization process. By the evaluation model including entropy weight gray correlation method, system analysis method and spatial correlation method, making the Central Plains Economic Region (abbrev. CPER) as a case, this paper analyzed the spatio-temporal characteristics of informatization level and explained the main influencing factors that affect the spatio-temporal change of informatization level of CPER from 1995 to 2014. The results are shown as follows. From the temporal perspective, the informatiztion level was in an increasing trend overall in the whole study period. To a certain extent, the internet penetration rate basically reflected informatization level change by data analysis. From the spatial perspective, Zhengzhou and some cities in the northwest of Zhengzhou city were in the high level regions forming a concentrated distribution areas, and the cities with low informatization level were mainly distributed in eastern region of CPER and surrounding by middle level region. From the spatial correlation state, the main kind was Low-Low and High-High regions. Low level regions' agglomeration effect was obvious. In the local lisa distribution map, we found the High Low area didn't appear in the local spatial association pattern. Therefore it showed that the high level of informatization didn't play a large role at that time. In the whole study period, the factors in scientific and technical aspect was the main influencing factors, and the political factors played an important role on improving the overall informatization level. From the influencing factors of spatial distribution, the local conditions, education level, technological supporting level, and the infrastructure construction were the main factors for explaining the spatial difference of informatization level at the city scale.
