摘要
首先分析汽车组合仪表段位显示在实际应用过程中用于制动气压和剩余燃油量显示存在的问题,然后基于制动气压和剩余燃油量两种不同的输入信号形式,研究优化了段位显示方式的设计方法,并进行了台架试验或整车试验验证了方案的合理性,最后总结段位显示设计需要考虑的因素。
Firstly, the problem of segment displayin the practical application is analyzed, and the root causeof the problem was found. By considering the limitations of segment display and the characteristics of input signal to instrument cluster, segment display is optimized based on two different input signal, the brake pressure and fuel quantity. The feasibility of design is verified through tests. Lastly, factors that need to be considered in the design of segment display is summarized.
