摘要
以受车身控制器控制的转向灯在实车测试中出现倍频快闪问题为着入点,在不同电压条件下进行模拟测试,用理论分析计算来推测可能产生问题的原因,并将故障件进行一系列测试验证,找出转向灯倍频快闪是由于MOSFET管GND引脚电压被拉高,超过正常工作电压范围所导致的,提出相关改进方案,并在最优改进方案下成功解决该问题。本文着重介绍此次分析的过程及处理方法。
Based on the frequency doubling problem of cornering light controlled by ECU, simulating tests are conducted under various voltage conditions. Then theory analysis and a series of verification test are carried out, and the fault is found to be caused by high voltage on GND pin of MOSFET pipe. The improvement strategy is then proposed. The article is focus on the analysis process and maintenance method.
