摘要
采用低能耗复合膜生物反应器对畜禽养殖废水进行处理实验研究.实验结果表明,在进水CODCr为800~1 200mg/L、NH_3-N为200~250mg/L、TP为15~30mg/L、pH为7.5~8.5、SS为1 000~1 200mg/L时,反应器运行稳定后,对SS、NH_3-N、TP、COD_(Cr)的平均去除率分别99%、94.5%、78%、89%.实验还证明,低能耗膜生物反应器通过物理作用可以有效控制膜污染,微生物生长代谢的溶解性有机物及微生物滋生是造成跨膜压差增长的主要原因.
Hybrid MBR with low energy consumption was used to treat livestock wastewater. The results showed that the average removal rate of SS , ammonia nitrogen, soluhle phosphate and CODer were 99%, 94. 5%, 78%, 89% respectively. The operating conditions were CODcr from 800 rag/L to 1 200 mg/L, ammonia nitrogen from 200 mg/L to 250 mg/L, soluble phosphate from 15 mg/L to 30 mg/L, and SS from 1 000 mg/L to 1 200 mg/L. Also, membrane fouling can be effectively controlled by physical process, the dissolved organic matter metabolized by microorganism and microbial growth were found to be responsible for membrane fouling.
