摘要
采用絮凝-陶瓷超滤膜耦合技术,对甜叶菊水提液中的甜菊糖苷进行分离纯化.考察了絮凝剂FeSO_4添加量对膜分离性能的影响.在较优的絮凝剂FeSO_4添加量下,研究了陶瓷超滤膜在料液高倍浓缩时的分离性能,并将絮凝-陶瓷超滤膜耦合技术与其它生产工艺进行了对比.结果表明,在絮凝剂FeSO_4较优的添加量0.5%下,陶瓷膜将料液浓缩10倍,膜分离性能稳定,过程平均通量为182L/(m^2·h),糖苷收率为86.1%,纯度为89.3%.在甜菊糖苷生产过程中,使用絮凝-陶瓷超滤膜耦合技术可以有效地降低生产成本、提高糖苷收率、提升产品品质.
Steviol glycosides were separated and purified from stevia water extracts by flocculation coupling ceramic ultrafiltration membrane process. Effects on membrane separation performance under differents a- mount of FeS()4 were studied. Additionally, separation performance of the membrane with high feed con- centration under the optimum amount of FeSO4 was studied. The results showed that the optimum amount of FeSO4 is 0. 5~. Under the optimum amount, membrane separation performance was stable even when the feed was concentrated 10 times. The average flux was 182 L/(m2 ~ h), the yield of steviol glycosides was 86. 1~//0 and the purity was 89.3~. Comparing with other processes, flocculation coupling ceramic ul- trafihration membrane process could effectively reduce cost of production, increase yield of steviol glyco- sides, improve quality of the product.
