摘要 利用绿色节能的膜分离技术实现有机溶剂的分离、纯化以及回收具有重要的科学意义和研究价值.常用的有机溶剂分离膜技术主要包括渗透汽化技术、蒸汽渗透技术和有机溶剂纳滤、反渗透技术.以有机溶剂分离膜技术的最新研究进展为核心,综合评价了现有有机溶剂分离膜技术的优势以及目前存在的问题.介绍了目前常用分离膜技术纯化分离有机溶剂的基本思路和原理,详细列举了有机溶剂分离膜的膜材料、技术分类、制膜方法以及典型应用案例,为分离膜技术在有机溶剂分离纯化领域的应用提供指导与借鉴. Membrane separation technology has been developed as an energy-saving approach to separate, purify and recover organic solvents. The commonly used membrane processes are pervaporation, vapor permeation solvent-resistant nanofiltration and reverse osmosis for organic solvents separation. In this re- view, the recent progress in the technology of organic solvent separation membrane was summarized, and their advantages and shortcomings were discussed respectively. Furthermore, the separation mechanism of each membrane was introduced and its membrane materials and preparation methods were summarized with particular applications as well. This review aims to provide insights on the development of filtration membrane technology for organic solvent separation.
