大数据时代的“自我伦理”论析

On Self-Ethics of Big Data Era

"大数据时代"被命名、追逐和普及的关键点,就在于它催生出一种与传统社会迥异的新型存在关系。正是在这一语境、元素、关系及结构的塑造下,传统的人与人、人与社会之间的伦理判断发生剧烈而深刻的变化,突出表现为数据个体、数据社会、数据关系的综合"伦理反应"。所有这些伦理关系的变革无不最终落实到作为现代文明逻辑支点的"自我"身上,并通过"自我伦理"的方式展现开来。问题的最终反思路向在于,"自我伦理"的彻底迸发和积累,究竟具有一种怎样的现代属性,以及这种属性是否具备超越"大我"的伦理可能?我们认为:"自我伦理"更新的实践诉求和根本出路就在于,大数据开启了全球共建个体文明和人类命运共同体相互贯通、彼此呼应的现实可能性,由此决定了相关伦理实践的个体化和共同体化的双重逻辑诉求。

The key point in the era of Big Data being named,chased and popularized is that it has spawned a new type of existing relationship that is very different from the traditional society. It is in this context that elements,relationships and structure shaping,and the traditional ethical judgment between people and people,people and society have undergone dramatic changes,featuring the comprehensive ethical response of the data individual,the data society and the data relationship. The transformation of all these ethical relations will eventually be attributed to the ＂ego＂which is the logical fulcrum of modern civilization and will be revealed through ＂self-ethics＂. The ultimate reflection of the problem is what kind of modern property the complete eruption of ＂self-ethics＂and its accumulation have and whether this property possesses the ethical potential to transcend the ＂big self＂. In our opinion,the practical appeal and the fundamental solution to the renewal of ＂self-ethics＂lie in the fact that big data has opened up the possibility of global co-construction of individual civilizations and ＂mutual communion of human destinies＂that echo each other and thus determine the dual logical demands of individualization and communism in the relevant ethical practice.
