Political Culture Construction and Strict Governance of Communist Youth League

用政治文化的理论视角去分析从严治团的方方面面,能够更好地把握从严治团的本质,推进从严治团的各项工作。从严治团是政治文化的传承,承担了为中国共产党组织化的"政治打底"的重要任务。从严治团需要细致分析共青团各项政治文化的具体内容,从组织价值信仰、组织纪律制度、组织成员特征、组织外化形象四个方面务实建设。从严治团需要推动共青团政治文化创新,在完善中升级严格,在人本中升级纪律,在教育中升级意义。

With an analysis of all aspects of strict governance from the perspective of political culture,we can better grasp the essence of and promote the work of strict governance of Communist Youth League（ CYL）. Strict governance of CYL is the inheritance of political culture,assuming the important organization task of＂political backing＂for the Chinese Communist Party. Strict governance needs detailed analysis of the specific contents of the political culture of CYL and calls for pragmatic constructions of four aspects,that is,the values and beliefs,the disciplinary system,the membercharacteristics and the external image of the organization. Strict governance needs to promote the innovation of the CYL political culture,upgrading strictness in its improvement,the discipline in protecting human nature and the meaning in education.
