Omental hernia caused by small intestinal heterotopic pancreas: one case report

摘要 患者男，30岁。主诉腹胀、腹痛、无排气排便7天。7天前进食油腻，大量饮酒后出现腹痛腹胀，无排气排便，恶心呕吐，继而出现低热，诊断小肠梗阻，采取禁食措施，行胃肠减压、甘油灌肠、营养支持及抗感染治疗无明显缓解，转入我院。
