摘要
目的探究实时剪切波弹性成像检测肾脏弹性模量与原发性肾小球肾炎病理的相关性。方法选择200例原发性肾小球肾炎患者作为观察组,同时选择50例健康体检者为对照组。取观察组肾活体组织进行病理检查,使用实时剪切波弹性成像技术检测观察组和对照组的肾脏弹性模量。结果观察组的杨氏模量显著性的高于对照组(P<0.05);随着观察组肾小球硬化程度和肾间质纤维化程度的增加,杨氏模量显著性增加(P<0.05);杨氏模量与肾小球硬化和肾间质纤维化程度呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论实时剪切波弹性成像检测肾脏弹性模量与原发性肾小球肾炎的病理有相关性,该检测技术可以应用于原发性肾小球肾炎的检查。
Objective To explore the correlation between kidney modulusofelasticity examined by real-time shear wave elas- tography and pathology of primary lomerulonephritis. Methods 200 cases of primary lomerulonephritis were taken as research group, while 50 cases of health people were as control group. We got the tissue sample of kidney in research group to do examina- tion of pathology and got the kidney modulusofelasticity of both research group and control group by real-time shear wave elastogra- phy. Results The modulusofelasticity of research was significantly more highly than the modulusofelasticity of control group ( P 〈 0. 05) ; With the increase of the degree of glomerulosclerosis and degree of renal interstitial fibrosis in the study group, modulu- sofelasticity increased significantly ( P 〈 0.05). There was positive correlation between kidney modulusofelasticity and glomerulo- sclerosis and renal interstitial fibrosis ( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Kidney modulusofelasticity examined by real-time shear wave elastography and pathology of primary lomerulonephritis have positive coreelation. Real-time shear wave elastography can be used to examine primary lomerulonephritis.
