MSCT小肠造影联合胶囊内镜对小肠肿瘤的诊断价值

Diagnostic value of combined multi-slice spiral computed tomography enterography and capsule endoscopy in small intestine tumor

目的探讨多层螺旋CT小肠造影(MSCTE)及与胶囊内镜(CE)联合检查对小肠肿瘤的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的41例小肠肿瘤患者的MSCTE及CE资料,对比两种检查方法及联合应用对小肠肿瘤的检出率。结果 41例小肠肿瘤中:间质瘤(GIST)25例,脂肪瘤3例,腺癌9例,淋巴瘤4例;MSCTE与CE联合应用诊断小肠肿瘤的检出率为95.12%,明显高于单一检查方法(P<0.05)。结论 MSCTE联合CE可提高对小肠肿瘤的检出率,且对小肠肿瘤的临床术前诊断及治疗方案的制定具有重要的指导意义。

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral computed tomography enterography （MSCTE） and combined with capsule endoscopy （CE） in small intestine tumor. Methods All the MSCTE and CE imaging data of 41 cases with small intestinal tumor were retrospectively analyzed, which were confirmed by surgical pathology. We compared the detection rate of small intestinal tumor between MSCTE, CE and combination the two examing methods. Results In 41 cases of small intes- final tumors, there were 25 cases of gastrointestinal stromal tumors （ GIST）, 3 cases of lipoma, 9 cases of adenocarcinoma and 4 cases of lymphoma. The detection rate was 95.12%, when combination of MSCTE with CE in diagnosis of small intestinal tumor, it＇ s significantly advantages over separate application of MSCTE and CE （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Combination of the MSCTE and CE can improve the detection rate of small intestine tumors, and they are also of important value to guide the diagnosis and treatment for the small intestine tumors.
