MIPPO技术与切开复位钢板内固定治疗胫骨中下段骨折的疗效比较 被引量:16

摘要 目的比较微创经皮钢板内固定技术(MIPPO)与切开复位钢板内固定治疗胫骨中下段骨折的疗效。方法回顾性比较分析自2012-01—2016-01采用MIPPO技术与切开复位钢板内固定治疗的78例胫骨中下段骨折,MIPPO组36例,切开复位组42例。结果 78例均获得随访,随访时间平均10.6(6~18)个月。与切开复位组比较,MIPPO组切口长度更短,术中出血量更少,住院时间及骨折愈合时间更短,末次随访时Johner-Wruhs评分优良率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而2组手术时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 MIPPO技术锁定钢板内固定治疗胫骨中下段骨折符合生物力学原理,能够减轻软组织损伤,促进骨折愈合,降低并发症发生率,疗效满意。
