摘要 目的对厚朴进行成分分析并比较厚朴不同部位中厚朴酚与和厚朴酚的含量。方法采用UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS分别在正、负离子模式下采集数据,对厚朴内成分进行分析。采用HPLC对不同部位厚朴中厚朴酚与和厚朴酚进行含量测定。结果叶、枝、干、靴筒、根中厚朴酚与和厚朴酚的含量依次增高,且初步预测厚朴中含有29种化合物。结论厚朴不同部位厚朴酚与和厚朴酚含量及其他成分差别较大,为其质量标准的制定提供参考。 Objective To analysis component and determined the contents of magnolol and honokiol in different parts of Magnolia officinalis Rehd.et Wils.. Methods UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS are used to collect data in positive and negative ion modes to analyze the components of Magnolia officinalis Rehd.et Wils..The contents of magnolol and honokiol are determined by HPLC in different parts of Magnolia officinalis Rehd.et Wils.. Results The contents of magnolol and honokiol in leaves, branches, dried, boots and root are increased rankly, and 29 kinds of compounds are found in Magnolia officinalis Rehd.et Wils.. Conclusion The contents of magnolol and honokiol in different parts of Magnolia officinalis Rehd.et Wils.are different to provide reference for the development of quality standard.
