摘要
目的采用中医传承辅助系统软件探讨傅山治疗妇科疾病的中药规律。方法收集并录入《傅青主女科》的方剂,进行改进的互信息法、复杂系统熵聚类、无监督的熵层次的聚类等数据挖掘。结果高频药物为当归、人参、白术、川芎、白芍;常用药物组合有"人参、当归"、"川芎、当归"、"人参、白术",主要归脾、肝、心经,新方共6首。结论傅山多从"气血"入手论治妇科诸症,以益气补血为基础,方以八珍汤为基本方,组方以甘温为主。数据挖掘技术为深入探讨名中医经验提供了良好的借鉴。
Objective To analyze the Chinese medicine law of FU Shan in treating obstetrical and gynecological disease(OGD) base on traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system(TCMISS). Methods The prescriptions of FU Qing-zhu's obstetrics and gynecology are reviewed and the data is input into the TCMISS. The composition principles are analyzed by data mining, such as revised mutual information, complex system entropy cluster and unsupervised hierarchical cluster. Results A few drugs, such as danggui(Angelica sinensis), renshen(Panaxginseng C.A.Mey.), baizhu(Atractylodes macrocephala), chuanxiong(Rhizoma Chuanxiong) and baishao(White Paeony Root), are more frequently used by FU Shan. Furthermore, 3 common drug combination used by FU Shan, such as "renshen, danggui", "chuanxiong, danggui", "renshen, baizhu". They mainly belongs to the meridian of spleen, liver and heart. At the same time, 6 new prescriptions are excavated.Conclusion FU Shan argue "qi and blood theory" to treating OGD. In detail, replenish qi and tonify blood are his major therapeutics, and bazhen decoction is his core formulae. The nature of his formulae are gan and warm. Data-mining methods are helpful in analyzing the experience of Chinese medicine professionals.
