民营企业参与高职院校校企合作动力机制研究

Dynamic Mechanism Research on the Private Enterprises Participating in School Enterprise Cooperation in Higher Vocational Colleges

民营企业在我国经济体系中占据重要地位,随着民营经济的逐渐发展,其对人才的需求也愈发增多,其在高职院校校企合作机制中的作用也愈发明显。因此本文通过对高职院校校企合作动力机制现状进行分析,总结出其中存在着合作观念缺乏、政府扶持力度较低、院校能力缺失等问题。同时阐述了构建校企合作动力机制的必要性,进而提出建立民营企业参与校企合作动力机制的方式,从树立合作观念、调动企业主动性、增强院校综合能力等方面展开论述,旨在推动校企合作动力机制发展,培养综合型人才。

Through the analysis of the current situation of the school enterprise cooperation mechanism in higher vocational colleges,this paper summarizes the problems such as lack of cooperation concept,low government support and lack of ability of colleges and universities. At the same time,this paper expounds the necessity of constructing the enterprise cooperation dynamic mechanism,and then puts forward the establishment of private enterprises participating in the cooperation mechanism,from setting up the concept of cooperation,cultivating comprehensive talents.
