摘要 随着科技的发展,信息技术逐渐应用在各个领域中,为各领域的发展带来了新的发展方向,人事管理作为高校工作的重点也在一定程度上应用了信息技术。本文首先对高职院校人事管理信息化的意义进行了阐释,进而分析了高职院校人事管理工作存在的问题,并从充分认识人事管理信息化的内涵、实现人事管理信息资源共享、制定相应制度政策,进行规范化管理、提高人事管理人员的综合水平四个方面提出了信息化背景下高职院校人事管理工作的改革策略,从而使信息资源利用最大化、提高工作效率、为学校发展提供决策,逐渐建立起完整的信息化人事管理体系。 With the development of science and technology,information technology is gradually applied in various fields,and has brought new development direction for the development of various fields. Personnel management,as the focus of the work of colleges and universities,has also applied information technology to a certain extent. Firstly,significance of personnel information management in higher vocational colleges are expounded,and then analyzes the existing problems of personnel management in higher vocational colleges,and fully understand the connotation,from personnel management to realize the information sharing of information resources,personnel management system and formulate corresponding policies,and then put forward the personnel management work in higher vocational Colleges under the background of informatization reform strategy standardization management,raise the level of comprehensive management personnel in four aspects,so as to maximize the use,improve work efficiency,to provide decision-making for the development of the school of information resources,gradually establish a complete information management system.
