Anime can inculcate concept to the object as a culture carrier. By comparing Japanese anime and Chinese anime,this paper seek a method to ideologically and politically educate teenagers using Chinese anime as carrier. Exerting positive effects of anime,restraining its negative effects. Guiding physical and mental health development of teenagers.
