摘要
随着我国毕业生人数的不断增加,大学生就业难问题日趋显著,医患矛盾的升级使得医学生就业问题引起广泛关注。"95后"医学生作为医学事业的接班人,从步入医学殿堂,就在学习和工作中都承受着比其他专业学生更重的学习任务和更大的压力。本文以新形势下综合性大学中"95后"医学生为对象,从宏观到微观层面重点研究这一群体的就业心理特征,并提出应对策略,希冀能有助于改善综合性大学中医学生的思想政治教育及就业指导工作。
With the increase of the number of graduates in our country,the problem of college students'employment is becoming more and more obvious. The escalation of the contradiction between doctors and patients hascaused the problem of medical students' employment. The "95s" medical students,as a successor to the medical career,since entering the medical palace,have been bearing more learning tasks and pressure than students in other majors. Inthis paper,the "95s" medical students in comprehensive universities in the new situation are taken as the research objects.This paper focuses on the psychological characteristics of employment in this group from the macro to the micro leveland puts forward the corresponding strategy. It is hoped that it can help improve the ideological and political educationand employment guidance of medical students in comprehensive universities.
