摘要
军校任职培训是培养部队专门技术人才的一种重要组织形式,对提高部队相关岗位人员的技术水平起着重要作用。本文以遥测系统的任职培训为研究对象,探究了培训对象的专业和学历层次差异化问题,有针对性地对教学内容进行了改革梳理,从理论教学、实践教学和专题讨论三个方面对适宜于该类任职培训人员的教学方法改革进行了总结,以增强任职培训效果,提升专业岗位任职能力。
Post-oriented training in military academies is an important organizational form for the training ofspecialized technical personnel,and plays an important role in improving the technical level of related personnel in thearmed forces. In this paper,the post-oriented training of telemetering system is chosen as the research object,and theproblems of professional and educational level differences of training object is explored. After that,the reform of teachingcontents is combed. At last,the suitable teaching method reform in the post training of related personnel is summarized,which according to theory teaching,practice teaching and seminars. This research is to enhance the training effect andthe professional post ability.
