摘要
幼儿园环境的创设与利用,是现代幼儿教师必备的专业核心能力。《幼儿园环境创设》课程在培养和提高学生环创能力方面起着举足轻重的作用。然而,在课程的具体实施过程中,存在定位不清、强调理论学习忽视实践运用等问题。本文通过完善落实课程目标、梳理重构课程内容、革新教学程序与方法以及调整考核评价等措施,进行了"实践导向、能力为本"的教学改革尝试,取得了一定的成效。
The creation and utilization of the kindergarten environment is the essential core competence of themodem kindergarten teachers. The "kindergarten environment creation" course plays an important role in cultivatingthe students' ability in environment creation. However,unclear position in course orientation,emphasizing the theorystudy and ignoring the practice manipulation are the two main problems in the process of teaching. To counter theseproblems,the paper has made some attempts on practice-oriented and competency-based teaching reform in the courseof kindergarten environment creation,such as improving the curriculum goal,reconstructing the contents of the course,reforming the teaching procedures and methods,and adjusting the evaluation mode.
