软件工程专业学生职业素养培养研究与实践

Research and Practice on the Cultivation of Students' Occupational Literacy in Software Engineering

本文针对当前国内软件人才缺口巨大,但软件产业对软件工程毕业生的职业素养需求与学生现状的矛盾问题,从软件工程专业毕业生素养的分类和要求标准两个维度构建了软件工程毕业生应具有的职业素养体系。在此基础上,分析了现有的软件工程专业培养模式在职业素养培养方面的现状与不足。针对前述不足,提出了改进方案并在软件工程创新实验室的学生创新活动中进行了实践。

At present,the domestic demand for software professionals is strong,but the occupational literacy ofsoftware engineering graduates can＇t meet the needs of the software industry. This paper constructs the occupationalliteracy system of software engineering graduates from the two dimensions,one is classification another is requirementsstandard. Then this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the existing software engineering professional training mode inthe cultivation occupational literacy and proposed improvement program. At last author practice it in innovationactivities of students belonging to the software engineering innovation practice laboratory.
