摘要
为培养学生的自主学习能力,从改变食品分析课程的教学方法出发,教学过程中应针对不同教学内容,采用灵活多样的教学方法,以激发学生的学习兴趣,从而提升学生学习的主动性,并达到预期的教学效果。
To develop the students' autonomous learning ability,we starts from changing the teaching methods offood analysis course,to adopt flexible and varied teaching methods according to different teaching contents,which canstimulate students' interest in learning,improve the studentsI learning initiative,and achieve the expected teaching effect.
