全日制专业学位硕士研究生培养体系存在的问题以及对策研究

The Problems and Countermeasures of the Graduate Education Systems of Full-time Professional Degree

为了培养符合本专业要求的应用型人才,结合我国当前研究生教育培养现状,本文通过分析当前我国全日制专业学位研究生培养过程中存在的问题,诸如实践能力不足,无法满足当前行业对于人才的需求,总结经验,在培养制度选择、合理分配教学资源、改善考核制度等方面提出建议。

In order to cultivate the application of talent in line with the professional requirements,combined withthe current status of postgraduate education in China,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the process ofcultivating postgraduates of full-time degree in China,such as lack of practical ability,cannot meet the needs of thecurrent industry for talent,so it sums up experience,in the training system selection,rational allocation of teachingresources,to improve the assessment system made recommendations.
