博士研究生兼职辅导员工作模式,是顺应当代大学生培养发展趋势的现实需要,在开展思想政治工作方面相对专职辅导员有诸多的优势。兼职辅导员,一方面可以发挥榜样力量,促进本科生人才培养质量的提高;另一方面,能全方位地提升兼职辅导员自身综合能力,培养"又红又专"的国家栋梁。本文主要分析高校博士生兼职辅导员的工作优势与存在问题,并对兼职辅导员工作模式的完善进行思考。

The part-time counselors working model of doctoral students is to meet the practical needs of thedevelopment trend of contemporary coUegb students,which has many advantages in the aspect of ideological andpolitical work. On the one hand,part-time counselors can play an exemplary role to promote the quality ofundergraduate talent training. On the other hand,this mode can also enhance all-round comprehensive ability ofdoctoral students,including both socialist consciousness and professional competent. This paper focuses on the advantagesand the existing problems of the part-time counselors in the university,and makes some reflections on the improvementof the part-time counselors＇ working mode.
