摘要
在应用型、技能型人才需求旺盛的今天,仍有大量高职毕业生因为职业能力薄弱而就业困难,原因之一就是学校教学与社会需求脱节,考核评价重智力而轻技能,缺乏健全的职业能力评价体系。2010年《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》指出,改革评价模式是职业教育改革的重点之一,故高职学生职业能力评价的改革势在必行。构建科学的职业能力评价体系能为企业选拔人才提供迅速、精准的判断,同时能对高职学生职业能力的培养起到激励和导向作用。
Although there is a great demand in today's job market,many vocational students still have difficulties infinding jobs because of their weak professional abilities.One reason is that what they learn in college is not closely relatedto the market need and most vocational colleges do not have a scientific evaluation system.A highly efEcient evaluationsystem will help the enterprises choose the most qualified personnel and would be very helpful in promoting students'professional abilities.
