TBL教学模式在高职护生《护理学基础》双语教学中的应用研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨以团队为基础的学习(Team-based learning,TBL)教学模式在高职护生《护理学基础》双语教学中的应用。方法:选取2015级双语班护生40人为观察组,采用TBL教学模式;2014级双语班护生40人为对照组,采用传统教学模式,比较两组护生的章节测试成绩、评判性思维能力测评得分,并对观察组护生进行问卷调查,了解护生对TBI教学的评价。结果:观察组护生的章节测试成绩是78.80±3.80分,对照组为73.08±4.63分,两组结果具有统计学差异(t=7.18,P<0.05),观察组护生评判性思维能力测评成绩高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组护生认为TBL教学模式可以提高学习积极性和兴趣,以及增强人际沟通、团队合作能力等。结论:TBL教学模式在高职《护理学基础》双语教学中有利于提高护生的学习成绩以及评判性思维能力,有助于培养护生的团队协作、人际沟通能力。 Objective:To probe into the application of team-based learning in the bilingual education offundamental nursing in higher vocational nursing students. Methods:The students in the bilingual class of grade 2015were taken as the observation group, who received the TBL teaching mode.The students in the bilingual class of grade2014 were taken as the control group,who received the traditional teaching mode.Then the learning effect and thecritical thinking ability in both groups were compared after teaching. The students in observation group wereinvestigated with questionnaire to understand students' evaluation on TBL teaching. Results:Test score of students inobservation group was (78.80 ± 3.80),and test score in control group was (73.08 ± 4.63),there was statistically significantdifference between the two groups (t=7.18,P〈:0.05). The score of evaluation of critical thinking ability of students inobservation group was higher than the control group. Nursing students in observation group thought that TBL teachingmodel can improve the students' learning initiative and interest,and also improve the interpersonal communicationability and team cooperation ability. Conclusions:The TBL teaching mode can improve the students' performance. It ishelpfill to cultivate the students' critical thinking ability,teamwork spirit and interpersonal communication ability.
