分类招生制度改革背景下高职专业建设量化评价体系研究

A Study on Higher Vocational Speciality Construction's Quantitative Evaluation System in the Context of Reform of Classified Enrollment System

国务院提出加快推进高职院校分类考试政策以来,新的招生制度改革背景下,志愿填报方式由原来的院校平行志愿改为专业平行志愿,导致专业核心竞争力成为影响招生的首要因素,学校应从招生质量、就业质量、师资队伍水平、人才培养过程质量、学术贡献及社会服务能力、专业建设成果等多方面对专业建设建立量化考核体系,以确定专业建设与发展方向,从而提高专业招生竞争力,提高学校的办学水平。

Since the State Council issued the policy of accelerating classified examination for higher vocationalcolleges,in the context of the new reform of the enrollment system,the application-filling mode is changed from theoriginal college-parallel application to speciality （major）-parallel application,which makes the core competitiveness ofspecialty （majors） become the primary factor affecting student enrollment,and schools should establish a quantitativeevaluation system regarding speciality construction from such aspects as enrollment quality,employment quality,competence of teaching staquality of＂ talent cultivation process,academic contribution ＆ social service ability,andachievements in speciality construction,so as to determine the speciality construction and development directionandimprove the speciality enrollment competitiveness and the school-running level of schools.
