摘要
较大尺寸工件的机器视觉尺寸检测需要结合运动控制和图像拼接以保证检测精度。复杂平面形状的工件通常需要检测的项目很多,因而需要进行繁琐的检测运动路径规划,影响检测工作效率甚至精度。研究开发了一套利用图像交互的检测路径智能规划生成方法。以解析DXF图纸文件为基础,结合智能交互方式,通过图像重构、采样点自动定位等技术实现各种平面尺寸检测路径和流程的自动规划。应用结果表明该方法大大减小了复杂工件的检测流程规划的难度,提高了检测系统的工作效率和检测精度。此方法也能方便地拓展应用于3D测量系统等领域,提升检测装备的智能化水平。
Larger workpiece size visual detection needs to combine motion control and image mosaic to ensure accuracy. Usually the complex flat parts have many test items therefore require tedious path planning which affect detection efficiency and accuracy.This paper researched and developed an intelligent path generation method using image interaction. The method is based on DXF drawing file analysis, combined with smart interaction,image restructure and sample point automatic positioning to achieve plane size detection automatic processing and path planning. Application results shown that this method surely reduced difficulty of complex workpiece' s detection process planning and increased detection system' s efficiency and accuracy. Furthermore, it's easily extended application to 3D or other measure system also improved intelligent level.
