摘要 为了解决电子人工检测石英晶体谐振器检测难效率低的问题,以PLC为主要控制器,气动控制技术为执行件,光电检测技术为定位等技术设计石英晶体谐振器的自动送料检测机,经过安装调试,已经投入生产使用。 In order to solve the electronic manual detection of quartz crystal resonator detection to the problem of low efficiency, this paper uses PLC as the main controller, pneumatic control technology for the implementation of the automatic feeding machine, detection photoelectric detection technology for positioning and design technology of quartz crystal resonator, after installation and debugging, has been put into production and use.
