摘要
近年来,3D打印技术发展迅速,支撑结构生成是3D打印成型工艺中一项关键技术。相比传统的支撑结构类型,树形支撑结构在节省支撑材料和支撑加工时间上具有更多优势。但树形支撑在结构上更复杂多变,一种最优的树形支撑结构生成算法难度至少为NP难度。对此,提出一种平台化的树形支撑结构生成算法,采用贪心算法和迭代的思路逼近最优解。所提算法实现了自动生成树形支撑结构,并完成了支撑结构工艺路径规划。
In recent years, 3D printing technology is developing rapidly, support structure of the generated 3D printing molding process is a key technology.Compared with the traditional supporting structures type, tree-like supporting structure has more advantageson save support materials and supporting processing time.However, the tree-like supporting structure is more complex and changeable. An optimal tree-like supporting structure generation algorithm is at least NP-hard. In this aspect, a platform tree-like supporting structure generation algorithm is proposed, which uses greedy algorithm and iterative method to approximate the optimal solution. The algorithm realizes the automatic generation of the tree-like supporting structure and completes the process path planning of the support structure.
