摘要
使用有限元分析方法,对隔爆型电动执行机构外壳部件进行静压试验仿真模拟。通过建立有限元模型和施加约束及载荷,得到应力、变形分析结果,从而找出结构的薄弱点,优化隔爆结构的设计。相比传统的设计方法,该方法减少了因反复进行静压试验而造成的设计成本增加和周期延长。
The paper simulates the hydrostatic test of housing parts for explosion-proof electric actuator using the analysis method of finite element. It obtains the analysis results of stress and deformation through establishing the finite element model and appling the displacement and load boundary, that can find the weak points and optimize the designing of the explosion-proof structure. Comparing to the traditional designing method, this method could reduce the additional design costs and cycles caused by repeated static pressure test.
